Welcome to PakLuxeImports. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of pakluxeimports.com, including all purchases made through the website.

Throughout these Terms, “PakLuxeImports,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to PakLuxeImports. “You” and “customer” refer to any person accessing the website or purchasing from us.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By submitting an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete and current.

2. Products and Availability

PakLuxeImports offers Pakistani clothing, including lawn, embroidered, bridal, luxury and unstitched collections.

All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. We may limit quantities, withdraw products or cancel unavailable items without prior notice.

Products labelled “Unstitched” are supplied as fabric and require stitching unless the product description states otherwise.

3. Product Information and Colours

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices and fabric details. However, minor differences may occur.

Product colours may appear slightly different because of photography, lighting and individual screen settings. Embroidery placement, print alignment or minor design details may also vary between pieces where applicable.

Such reasonable differences will not automatically be considered defects.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise stated.

We may update prices, promotions and discounts at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors.

If an incorrect price is displayed, we may contact you for confirmation at the corrected price or cancel the affected item and issue any applicable refund.

5. Orders and Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an acknowledgement through email, telephone, SMS or WhatsApp. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

An order is accepted after it has been verified and confirmed or dispatched by PakLuxeImports.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Product unavailability

• Incorrect pricing or product information

• Incomplete or incorrect customer details

• Failed payment verification

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders

• Delivery limitations

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be returned through the original or another mutually agreed payment method.

6. Payments

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information. PakLuxeImports is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors or incorrect payment details supplied by the customer.

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected orders or locations. We may contact customers to verify Cash on Delivery orders before dispatch.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver through third-party courier companies. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of the customer’s location, public holidays, weather, courier operations, security conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active telephone number.

PakLuxeImports will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

• The customer being unavailable

• Refusal to accept the parcel

• Courier delays

• Events outside our reasonable control

Any applicable shipping charges or free-shipping offers will be shown on the website or communicated during checkout.

8. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be shared after dispatch through telephone, SMS, email or WhatsApp.

Tracking updates are provided by the courier company and may not always appear immediately.

9. Changes and Cancellations

To request an order change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has been confirmed, processed or dispatched. Delivery charges may apply if a dispatched Cash on Delivery order is refused without a valid reason.

10. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Refund and Returns Policy.

Unless required otherwise by applicable law, an item must generally be:

• Unused and unwashed

• Unstitched and unaltered

• Free from stains, fragrances or damage

• Returned with its original packaging and accessories

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers should contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Certain sale, clearance, customized, stitched or final-sale products may be non-returnable unless they are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

11. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Inspect your parcel promptly after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within the period stated in our Refund and Returns Policy. Provide your order number, clear photographs and, where requested, an uninterrupted parcel-opening video.

Claims may be declined where the item has been used, washed, stitched, altered or damaged after delivery.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, sale prices and discount codes:

• Are valid only during the stated promotional period

• Cannot be exchanged for cash

• May be limited to selected products

• May not be combined unless expressly permitted

• May be withdrawn or corrected in the event of misuse or error

We may cancel orders involving unauthorized, duplicated or improperly obtained discounts.

13. Acceptable Use

You must not use this website:

• For unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purposes

• To provide false customer or payment information

• To interfere with the website’s security or operation

We do not guarantee that every product will meet personal expectations relating to colour, texture or appearance where the delivered item reasonably corresponds with its description and images.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability relating to an order will generally not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.
