At PakLuxeImports, your satisfaction is our priority. We have designed our return and refund process to be as simple and fair as possible. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order for standard items, and within 14 days for bridal or custom-stitched orders.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached and intact
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (Order ID or receipt) must be provided
- The item must not show signs of alteration or damage caused after delivery
Important: Items returned outside the eligible window, or not meeting the above conditions, will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.
The Refund Process
- Contact Us — Email returns@pakluxeimports.com or WhatsApp us with your Order ID and reason for return within the eligible window.
- Receive Confirmation — Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the Item — Pack the item securely and send it to our address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
- Refund or Exchange Processed — Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer an exchange for a different size, colour, or item of equal value — subject to availability. If the replacement item is of higher value, the difference will need to be paid. If it is of lesser value, store credit will be issued. Exchanges follow the same return conditions listed above.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and product integrity, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom-stitched items made to personal measurements (unless defective)
- Sale or discounted items marked as “Final Sale”
- Accessories (dupattas, scarves, jewellery) once opened
- Items that have been altered, washed, or worn
- Gift cards or store credit vouchers
Received a defective or wrong item? We sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
