SHIPPING POLICY
We want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your purchases.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
For custom-stitched or embroidered orders, processing time may extend to 5–7 business days. You will be notified with an estimated dispatch date at the time of order.
Delivery Times — Within Pakistan
Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad: 1–3 business days
Other Major Pakistani Cities: 3–5 business days
Remote / Rural Areas: 5–7 business days
International Delivery Times
Middle East, UK, USA, Europe: 7–14 business days
Other International Destinations: 14–21 business days
All delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Timelines may vary slightly based on courier availability and location.
Shipping Charges
Orders above Rs. 20,000 within Pakistan: FREE Shipping
Orders below Rs. 20,000 within Pakistan: Rs. 200 – Rs. 350 (based on location)
International Orders: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. If you do not receive a tracking update within 3 business days of your order date, please contact our support team.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to factors beyond our control — including courier backlogs, severe weather, public holidays, or customs processing for international orders.
We will proactively inform you of any significant delay affecting your order. If your parcel has not arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe, please reach out and we will investigate immediately.
International Customers: Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing.
